I have two furnished bedrooms (photo: bedroom 1 and 2), available near the top of Gloucester Road.

Furniture includes wardrobe, desk and double bed.

House is on a quiet cul-de-sac, has off-street parking for 3 cars (no spaces used at the moment). Shared kitchen, dining and living rooms. Large south facing garden and patio with brick shed for bike storage. High speed cable internet connection and television. Smart thermostat controlled central heating system.

Deposit is one month's rent. Rent includes bills (£115 contribution) that is reviewed periodically to keep it aligned to actual costs.

Ideal housemate would be 25-40, professional, laid back, clean and tidy.

No couples, sorry.

I personally maintain the garden and deal with all repairs directly (I recently moved out and now live and work only 15 minutes away so any problems are dealt with fast).
