Live out landlord - Lovely sunny double room

Double furnished (£650) room available in renovated house share. All bills included including super fast broadband. This is not a party house however, when they are not working both Sally and Henry enjoy socialising together over a few drinks from time to time. I spend most my time at my girlfriends but always take care of the house and large garden.

Shared living area is the kitchen dinning room which has a corner sofa, range cooker , integrated dishwasher, TV and a breakfast bar/dinner table.

Outside there is plenty of room for growing vegetables and relaxing in the garden or on the new decking

There are two local bus stops nearby , which take you in various directions and for keen cyclists the Bath/Bristol cycle way is a few minutes away.
