- House share £550 pcm

Description
I have a small double room available in my 3-bed house in Staple Hill / Kingswood border.
The house has a large shared living room, large kitchen with 5-hob, 3-oven range cooker.
Open conservatory diner leading to the decent size, south-facing garden with fish pond, a few trees and a garage to store your bike. Also a recently seeded lawn which I feel would give the Wimbledon groundsmen a run for their money. ...or at least it did before the drought!
High speed fibre wifi.
Council tax band B.
Your room is freshly plastered and redecorated with new bed, carpet, furniture - from all the hours I've put into it, I'm quite jealous that I'm not in there myself!
The room makes good use of the space and comes with small double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, table, chair, shelves & cupboard. Views over the back garden.
Modern bathroom with amazing shower (but no bath tub).
You'd be living with myself, and one other person who will be moving in at end of July.
I'm 43, outdoorsy, intro/extrovert, and run my own business in the creative industry.
Enjoy film nights, cycling, live gigs, cooking, Formula 1, DnB, reggae, the occasional festival, and BBC 6 Music.
Also living with Claire, 40, who works in marketing and is also a mountain bike guide and coach.
I'm looking for a decent human and proper housemate to call the place home, enjoy the occasional shared dinner, shoot the breeze and check out a gig in town or the establishments of Staple Hill, Fishponds, Easton from time to time. Not very keen on people who work from home.
The house is on a quiet road (free parking) and a short walk from the lovely Page Park, and Staple Hill High Street with Tesco, Iceland, Boots, greengrocers, butchers, zero waste food shop, gym and various micropubs, restaurants and take aways.
Nearby bus routes into town, and less than 1 minute from the bristol-bath cycle path which is a 20 minute cycle into the centre.
The room is technically available from 18th Sept, but I'm away then so realistically it'll be available after 5th Oct when I'm back.
If you’re interested, please message me with some info about yourself, why you think you’d be a good fit for the house, and most importantly, start with the word Banana!
Thanks
Chris
