Nice double room at the front of property , bus stops to town and Kingswood 2mins away , cycle track to Bristol and Bath 4mins away . Space wise , garden for the afternoon evening sun and front room for dinning , reading ironing
Whatever .
I feel this is just not a room for rent but a home for the right person , come and have a look ..
I’m a semi retired chap so when not working I’m pottering on the house keeping up together .
The house will be shared with one other female tenant , Alan .
P. S. Don’t let the title ( Live in landlord ) put you off , I’m easy going chap that likes a laugh , clean and tidy and likes working , just want the right person in to feel comfortable , happy and safe and treat my home as there own whilst your on your own Journey , Alan .
