• Location: Kingswood, just a 1-minute walk to a bus stop, and a 5-minute walk to Lidl, Sainsbury’s, and Kingswood town center with handy shops and banks.
• Layout: The room is located on the second floor, alongside two other bedrooms. A fourth bedroom is in the attic.
The House:
• Communal Spaces: Large, open-plan living and dining area, a separate utility room with washer and dryer, and a spacious kitchen. The main bathroom (with both a bath and large shower) is downstairs, backing onto the kitchen.
• Garden: A big garden perfect for summer BBQs, outdoor exercise, or even growing your own veggies! There’s also free on-street parking and a bike shed.
• Extras: We’ve got Virgin Media broadband, perfect for remote work or streaming.
