To reserve one of our rooms we require you to complete a quick online application form and pay a holding deposit. This will then secure your room so we can start the application process for you. The holding deposit will be deducted from your initial rent monies.

🏠 What happens on moving day?
It takes around a week to have all your paperwork completed and once the application process is approved, you are ready to move in. Your room will be spotless as our cleaning fairies will have worked their magic. On moving day we will email you with a bespoke door entry code which you will need to keep safe to enter the property each time.
