Large double room in BS4

Hi! Large double room available now, but can be negotiated. Short lets considered.

Live out private landlord and you’d be sharing with me – I work with children with SEND in schools and have a creative freelance background in acting, writing, spoken word etc. In a very lively choir, but usually chilled at home, often sewing in front of a movie, cooking or gardening.

Looking for someone tidy and respectful, ideally professional female, but can be flexible on this for the right fit. Not suitable for someone who wants to remain a total stranger.

The room is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, side table, small wardrobe and large built-in cupboard, also space for a desk and chair. There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower, all recently decorated. Large south facing garden and off-street parking.

It is 5 mins from a bus stop which will get you into town in 15 mins, a half hour walk to North St, and there are local shops and a post office nearby.
Bills – gas, electric, water (metered) and council tax (Band B) split with me. Roughly £100/month. TV license and broadband included in rent.
References required by the landlord.
