Large double room in BS4

Hi, large double room available from mid January / negotiable after that time.
Live out private landlord and you’d be sharing with me – female 40s, working a mix of at work and from home, in education and the arts. I'm very creative and spend a lot of time writing, but also up for chats and the occasional shared meal if it suited, but no expectation. I love theatre, spoken word, cooking for others, being outdoors and gardening.
Looking for someone tidy and respectful, ideally professional female, but can be flexible on this for the right fit. Not suitable for someone who works from home full time or who wants to remain a stranger.
The room is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, side table, small wardrobe and large built-in cupboard.
There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower, all recently decorated. Large south facing garden and off-street parking available for one car, which I don’t own.
It is 5 mins from a bus stop which will get you into town in 15 mins, a half hour walk to North St, and there are local shops and a post office nearby.
Bills – gas, electric, water (metered) and council tax (Band B) split with me. Roughly £100/month. Everything else (TV, license and broadband) included in rent.
No smokers or vapers please, and references required by the landlord.
