It’s only a 5 minute walk to the Wells Road which has regular buses to the City Centre/Broadmead and links to other areas of the city. It is also close to Bristol Temple Meads, Bristol International Airport and Bristol Bus Station. There is a variety of shops, bars, cafes and local parks to enjoy.

The household is friendly and relaxed and the new housemate must be respectful of other housemates' privacy.

The huge communal kitchen/diner has had a recent makeover and is looking amazing. It is an open plan & fully equipped kitchen with new dishwasher, range cooker, air fryer and upright fridge freezer. It also has a large dining table and chairs and comfy sofa for relaxing. The front room is spacious and ideal for chilling and watching TV.

The property has an adorable Golden Retriever so all household members must be keen dog lovers.
