Double fully furnished room £700 per month bills included.

Short term lets only (weeks, few nights, 3 months), but will consider longer term

There are bus stops seconds to a few minutes away to the town centre, other shopping areas, and Frenchay campus.

3 bed semi detached house, with bath and shower, sharing with 2 other people (live in landlord. WFH), mature medical student, and mini Dachshund.

Happy to chill with food and a film, but don't mind if you want your own space. Tv in the room as well as living room.

Welcome to use all appliances/ kitchenware etc unless you have your preferences.

Washing machine, dishwasher, and air fryer.

You will also have a separate fridge/ freezer in garage if you have dietary requirements/ for more space as there are just small under the counter ones in the kitchen

Has a large back garden, front garden, driveway, concrete storage shed to the side of the house and also the bottom of the garden with attic storage if needed

Currently decorating including outside, when I have the time, so hallway stairs are to be painted, but still tidy

Non-smokers, so smoking outside only

Pets considered dependent on how they get on with each other and likely size. So another dog would be unlikely.

Female only and would prefer mature professionals, but appreciate age and job doesn't guarantee that, so, we can judge suitability with each other on any viewings/ conversations.

Would also prefer at least hybrid working if not fully office based, but as above, nothing is set in stone.
