Double Room + Shed Storage - All Bills Included!

Hi! I'm Anya (34) and I'm looking a like minded person to join myself and my other lodger as a housemate.

The room is a small double with clothes rail, built in cupboards, bedside table and double bed.

There is an upstairs bathroom with shower and WC, plus a further WC downstairs.

Also downstairs is a cosy living room with log burner plus a kitchen with dining room table, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. The utility room downstairs has a washing machine.

There is a front and back garden, the back has long washing lines, a patio and hose for washing down kit/bikes plus two sheds. You can access the shed and the garden through a side gate.

There is one space on the drive (shared between both lodgers), but there is also lots of on street parking on the road.

My current lodger is moving out in mid October so the room will be free around the 20th. In total we will be a three person household.

I like to spend my time caving, climbing, diving or generally doing active "stuff". This means I'm often out in the evening and away at weekends. I am generally a morning person and this isn't a party house!

I work Mon-Fri in Bedminster but a couple of days from the house. I would prefer my housemates to not work from home every day as there is limited kitchen table space!

I am looking for someone with a similar work schedule & general lifestyle who is independent. But it would be nice to chat in the evenings when we are all at home or do a group BBQ in the garden every so often.

We are a 15 min cycle from temple meads/the centre/redpoint climbing wall and close to lots of bus routes including those to the airport. It's a short walk to Imperial park shopping centre where there is an ALDI & there are some smaller news agents even closer.
