Double furnished room on lovely residential road

Light-filled double bedroom available in a large house. The house is a gorgeous Victorian over 3 floors, with large living room, separate office, kitchen and garden. It also has a secure bike storage shed and there is lots of street parking. The bathroom would be shared with one other girl.

It’s 10 min cycle/20 min walk to temple meads, and a short walk to Victoria Park and the cafes/shops on Wells Road. At the end of the road, there is a very cute park with a community cafe and tennis courts. The street is very wholesome with active WhatsApp and the friendliest neighbours you’ll find in Bristol.

You’d be sharing the 4 bed house with 2 female professionals working in healthcare and civil service. The house is a cosy, peaceful place and we’d hope that you would want to keep it clean and homely. The girls enjoy cooking, running, climbing and gymming. While it's definitely not a party house, the girls enjoy hanging out - going for runs together, watching movies etc. when their schedules align.

Ideally you’d work from the office most the week. You will also need to respect the cleanliness and tidiness of the house - it's super important to keep the house nice and homely.
