Large double room for the conscientious, in nice

Hi, I'm looking to rent out a room in my house. The room is a large double with inbuilt wardrobes so plenty of storage. All bills are included, including a tv licence and the Internet is 300mbs.

The house has all the furniture, sofa, tv and cutlery so you shouldnt need to buy much. There's a desk and chair in the dining area for home working. There's a drive for one car, and also plenty of free street parking, but also space to store one more bike inside and several buses to town just around the corner.
There's a great garden for your use too.

Although i work in bristol we are spending most of our time in Cardiff, so you'll basically have the house to yourself. But I'm keen to have someone who i get along with. So expect to chat before if you're interested. We are both working professionals working in the environment sector. I like being active, with climbing or running or yoga, and also gaming.

Caring about the environment and being considerate of different people is pretty important to us.
