Large double room for the conscientious, in nice

Hi, I'm looking to rent out a room in my house. The room is a large double with inbuilt wardrobes so plenty of storage. All bills are included and the Internet is 300mbs.

The house has all the furniture, sofa, tv and cutlery so you shouldnt need to buy much. There's a great gardenfor your use too.

Although i work in bristol we are spending most of our time in Cardiff, so you'll basically have the house to yourself. But I'm keen to have someone who i can trust and get along with. So expect to chat before if you're interested. We are both working professionals working in the environment sector. I like being active, with climbing or running or yoga, and also gaming.

Caring about the environment and being considerate of different people is pretty important to us.
