Furnished Double Bedroom in Cosy Shared Home

Hello! We have a lovely, bright room available overlooking our southwest-facing garden. It comes furnished but we’re flexible on some furniture if you have your own!

You’ll be sharing with us, Erin and Peter! We are married and have owned the house for over 1 year now. We are an LGBTQ+ and creative, nature-loving, non-smoking household who are looking for someone friendly, respectful, likeminded and inclusive to share our home with 🌈

Erin works in education, and Peter is a screenwriter. We are both creative and active beings with a love for community, nature and art! We both work from home regularly (9-5 m-f) in our separate office (not pictured). We value a quiet, peaceful home environment (we also value lamps) with personal space. But we do also enjoy low-key backyard fires, social chats on the sofa, board game nights, and social dinners. We’re into hiking, reading, writing, swimming, cinema, camping, spirituality, meditation, fitness, arts & crafts, astrology, and baking/cooking, amongst many other things.

We’re looking for a housemate who fits into this calm flow and can feel at home in the space.

Worth noting that Erin recently started to foster cats/kittens temporarily and currently is caring for 3 lovely ginger girlies so we encourage animal lovers (or those without allergies) to inquire! Sadly we can’t welcome new animals, as the house would get crowded pretty quickly and the nature of fostering is unpredictable!
