Double bedroom available in two bed house

I’m looking for someone to rent the spare double room in my two-bedroom house.

The house is a two-bedroom house with a shared kitchen, living room, garden and bathroom, plus a large cellar which can be used for storage or anything else if you can handle the cobwebs.

The room is a decent-sized double and is currently unfurnished, although I do have various bits of furniture which could be used if needed. It’s currently being used as my office which you can see in the attached photo.

I also have a very friendly dog called Sully, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with him. Bonus points if you’re happy to take him for a walk occasionally! He’s very easy-going, although he does have a remarkable talent for taking up a fair bit of space in the most inconvenient places.

A bit about me:

- 31 years old
- Work from home
- Into the gym, running, cycling and generally keeping active
- Enjoy pubs, football and getting out and about so up for the occasional pint or two
- Vegan, although absolutely no expectation for you to be!
- Pretty tidy without being obsessive
- Sociable but definitely appreciate having my own downtime

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and reasonably tidy.

I’m open to short-term lets if preferred, and I’d be happy to have a chat/meet up beforehand to see if it feels like a good fit for both of us.
