Double room in family 4 bed townhouse

I have 1 bedroom free in a 4 bed townhouse. Suitable for a lively and friendly female as there's 2 other females in the household. There's a double bed , wardrobe and chest of drawers.. I f you need anything else i will sort that for you. Its quite a big house , quiet and peaceful, but sometimes children are playing . I am a full time working single Dad of a 8yr old girl who stays 3 days a week. I share my home with 1 female housemate who is a nurse. There's also a cat called lily and she is very loving and belongs to all housemates.
My home is a welcoming, kind and safe family home. Your room is your own personal private space which is respected, but your free to relax in communal spaces.
The bathroom is next to your room and only used by other housemate and little person . If you cycle my home is on the b to b cycle path and you can put a bike in the garage. There is parking which I'll explain on viewing. If you need any assistance moving I do have a van if you need it.
