Double room in family 4 bed townhouse

I have for you my potential lovely housemate a ground floor room in a modern 4 bed townhouse right on the B2B cycle path.
Parking is predominantly on street, sometimes on the drive and sometimes across it depending on whos in and out.

The room opens onto a soon to be improving outdoor space that is currently under development. You are able to use the space freely and grow flowers if you like.
The room has a bed and a rug if desired.
The utility room has a small kitchen also with your own fridge/freezer, air fryer, induction hob and microwave.
Should you need an oven then you can use one in the main kitchen on the first floor.
There is a downstairs toilet but the shower is on the second floor.

The house is occupied by me James/Dad my partner Tan and my daughter (10) . Lilly the cat also lives here part time .

The house is mostly very quiet and calm. Some slight scent on entry that will hopefully awaken your senses after a long day, and remind you to now relax.

We are a Fun, funny and fabulous family that embrace life, positivity, and connections.

Due to family dynamics our ideal housemate would preferably be a mature woman who is a good person. Simple .
