The house is warm and secure 4 story townhouse with some bills included. Bills not included are gas and electric which are around £50 a month. The room is a great sized double with furniture included .

The house would suit someone professional, sociable enough not to be a weirdo but old enough to know better when it comes to partying every night of the week.

We're not militantly clean but we do our best to keep the house in good shape, everyone does their part.

The house is close to the city centre and you'd have access to all common areas. It would be really important to us that you view the house as your own and feel that your bedroom is your personal space whilst feeling free to use the rest of the house as needed.

Probably best that you're between the ages of 25 and 35 as we all in our mid 20s and early 30s.

There's a large kitchen, garden, and large living room. There are three bathrooms - the first floor bathroom is due to be renovated shortly and should be done before you move in.

This is direct with the landlord who keeps a room in the house but lives abroad the majority of the time.

There is also a small doggo that lives here 🐶
