Double bedroom on the top floor of a spacious, 6 bedroom house, overlooking the front courtyard and street. It's a lovely light room with large windows and some built in storage. The room comes unfurnished.

There is a shared bathroom (with bath) on the top floor and also a second household bathroom (with shower) on the ground floor.

This house is a gem, a quiet haven in the city, with lots of natural light. It is part of a modern building which has won a sustainability award in Bristol. Solar-covered roof, very well insulated (warm in winter), light and airy with large windows throughout. There is a large back garden and front courtyard shared with v friendly neighbours. The community takes care of the shared spaces together.

The house location is central, with free on street parking. Lots of local shops nearby, close to the centre of Bristol and also to the lovely St. Andrews Park.

You will be sharing the kitchen & living space with 5 young professionals; Toby, Sylvie, Antonia, Helena and David. We work in the sustainablility, education and charitable sectors and are a mix of both vegan and meat eaters. We enjoy having a clean and tidy house and are looking for someone who wants the same. We enjoy spending time together but we are also very respectful of each others space.

All bills & wifi are incuded in the rent.
