Sublet- Central 1 Bed Flat

I'm going away travelling for a few months in my van and I'm looking for someone to look after my flat.

It's £1200 per month plus bills.

I absolutely love my home, it's recently refurbished with a new kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Despite being in the middle of the city it's quiet and peaceful, with lots of greenery outside the windows. No looking into other houses. It's really close to Montpelier train station and easy to get onto the M32 and only a 10 minute walk to Broadmead. There are lots of bars, independent cafes and shops nearby.

The flat is furnished, with a comfy double bed and a great work from home space with fast, reliable internet.

There is a lovely shared garden, bike shed, and I can provide an on street permit.
