Furnished Room in Victorian House (with dog)

Room available in a 3 bed victorian terraced house with a small garden. Current occupiers are myself (41 year old male professional) and my 9 year old female cocker spaniel. The house is well presented and all downstairs areas are shared, including bathroom with bath+shower, kitchen, large connected living/dining room (previously 2 rooms but opened up during a recent renovation) and small garden. Rent includes all bills including council tax for which the property is band B. Upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms the smallest of which is used as an office by me.
Ideally looking for a fellow professional who loves dogs (i dont mind if you have your own) and would be willing to help out with dogsitting when you are home and I am out. It would be great if we have similar interests, active, social, food, and can be mates as well as housemates. Also someone who is careful, kind, clean, reliable.
