Double room in Montpelier flat

We've a double room becoming available on the 1st of October in Montpelier in a 3-bedroom shared ground-floor flat, in a very central location close to the Star and Garter pub. It can be unfurnished, but there is a bed that you could take if you wanted. The bills are not included, and council tax is not included in the rent. Private Landlord; council tax property band: B. Bills and council tax come to £150 a month. DSS is accepted; however, you'll need a guarantor. There is a 6-month rolling tenancy in this house.
You will be living with Neil, Simon, and Catface, who is a very affectionate tortoiseshell cat.
I am an artist/clothing designer and work from home. Simon is working in social research and is out of the house most of the time.
We are looking for another professional housemate for the room, who is calm, clean, and considerate. I'm a vegan who enjoys cooking, so another veggie or vegan would be a plus. Would be nice to have a female to keep the gender balance, but that's not essential; it depends on the person. It's not a party house; we don't want too many people over, but friends are welcome.
We can't have another pet in here, sorry. But animal lovers are welcome.
There is a small courtyard at the back of the house that does get some afternoon sun, so there is potential to grow things. I've built a bike shelter now, which isn't in the pictures.
The lounge/dining room is massive, so the flat is really big for the price in central Bristol.
