Double room in bright and airy apartment.

Double room available in a spacious and bright apartment in Old Market. I really enjoy living with others that are naturally thoughtful and considerate. I'm currently studying for my PhD in Sheffield and away from the property a fair amount, so would suit someone independent and responsible. I have shared with a variety of ages/gender etc....so open to who might be the right fit. Happy to be social if schedules permit, but have always maintained a no pressure organic approach to sharing.
The room is a good-sized double (around 10 square meters). It has a Double bed with a dormeo mattress and clothes rail. You are welcome to add any furniture of your own in addition to the above.

Rent is 800pcm which includes all bills and regular cleaner.

Location – just a 10-minute walk to Temple Meads station, 20 minutes to the BRI, and 20 minutes to Harbourside. The Bristol to Bath cycle path is also right on our door step. Located in a resident parking area, permit available from Bristol city council.

A Bit About Me: When in Bristol I enjoy having friends over for dinner/drinks occasionally, as well as occasional nights out in the area - but also perfectly happy spending time by myself. I'm also a bit of a philosophy/social theory nerd, enjoy the odd theatre trip and getting out to the country/coast.

The apartment is well-equipped with an oven, air fryer, washing machine, and a de-humidifier with a laundry setting – innovative and eco-friendly! There is also a bean-to-cup coffee machine, a decent-sized fridge-freezer, and all the usual kitchen stuff.
