I’m looking for a student to take over my En-suite Bronze room at Zinc Quarter because I’m moving home. The room has a private bathroom and access to a shared kitchen.
The tenancy ends on 28 August 2027. The takeover date can be arranged with Student Roost, and the new student would sign for the remaining tenancy period, subject to Student Roost’s approval.
