Hi there, and thank you for considering my crib!

I'm Gary, an outgoing business owner and outdoor adventure lover that bought the property in 2008. I've lived in multiple cities and countries along the way and recently moved back to Bristol. The room (double with ensuite shower room, clothing rack and private reading area upstairs) is currently mine and I'm offering it up to monetise the apartment for a period of time and meet some cool people along the way. I'll be downstairs in the master bedroom / office.

The apartment benefits from being on the top floor of a 4th floor complex (The Refinery), just off Old Market Street. It's quiet and has a huge terrace with a distant view of the Wills Memorial Building on Park Street. There's a shared kitchen, living room, washer / dryer and all bills are included as part of the agreement (WIFI, water, electric, TV license, Council Tax). Temple Meads train station is under 10mins walk away (the 'Flyer' bus can be taken from here to Bristol Airport in 30mins), as is Cabot Circus shopping centre / cinema and the Left Handed Giant tap room in Castle Park. A number 8 bus can be taken locally to get up to Clifton Village.

Overall, this is a very easy-going apartment for the right tenant. Looking for someone clean and organised, that enjoys there own space but isn't a hermit. Great to socialize from time to time - I have a brilliant community in the city and friends come over to visit every now and again. I look forward to meeting you!
