THE HOUSE

Room B ensuite - £1000 single occupancy only.

Fully furnished with a comfy bed; plenty of storage; a desk and chair; and occasional chair. They also have small kitchen area with fridge including ice making compartment, toaster and kettle, as well as masses of sockets.

In the en-suite bathroom, the high pressure shower is ready to invigorate in anticipation of a hard day’s work (or at leisure as the case may be). Should the shirt or blouse need a press before venturing out you will find a steam iron and ironing board on hand.

The kitchen is fully equipped - it contains all of the pots, pans and utensils you'll need should you decide to unleash your inner chef. Dedicated kitchen storage removes the annoyances of traditional shared living.

Please NOTE there is NO separate lounge.

There is high speed 600mps broadband throughout the house so working from home is easy.

Outside, there’s a large back GARDEN patio to enjoy the sunshine and hang-out with a beer (or glass of wine as you prefer) or have a BBQ with tables and seating for all.

Bills

Only ONE rental payment to make per month. It includes all utilities, including Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, Wifi and cleaning of communal areas. No bills splitting! No extra fees.

Once a week our team cleans the shared areas.
