Very close to Clifton Down shopping centre. There is a train station close by and regular bus routes, supermarkets, parks ,cinema, gyms and within walking distance of University of Bristol.

I live here with a 23 year old full time working professional lodger. I work from home. We are friendly, quiet , independent and and have our own interests and hobbies. If you’re looking to hang out together this won’t be for you, as we are busy, independent and need our home to be quiet and peaceful.

It’s a very clean home , so will suit someone who appreciates the same. We clean up as we go along so no cleaning rota.

I have a nice, fully furnished small single room (bed, desk, chair , two shelves and a double hanging space for clothes). I can also supply the bedding.
You can use all of all the kitchen equipment/pans etc , so you won’t need to bring anything, which is perfect for a person coming from overseas or someone who doesn’t want to buy all of the above. I have no preference so students or professional all welcome.
There is a good washing machine and clothes can be dried at the laundrette which is only a 5 minute walk away.
There is a main bathroom and a second toilet for the two lodgers use.
I have had lots of different lodgers from all over the world and from the UK who have enjoyed a clean, safe and peaceful home in a lovely area.
We cook quick, simple meals and don’t spend hours in the kitchen cooking strong or fried smells that linger.
No visitors /guests , no homeworkers/nightshift workers and no pork/products in the home please.
