I have a small fully furnished (bed, desk chair , side storage , and shelf ) single room, available now , that will suit a very clean, quiet and independent person, male or female.
We do our own thing so will suit someone that isn’t looking to hang out together.
We cook quick, simple meals and don’t spend hours in the kitchen or smell out the home with fried smells.

You don’t need to bring anything - simply move in and use all the utensils/ kitchen equipment and can even supply the bedding too. There is a main bathroom and a second separate toilet for lodgers use. There is a good washing machine and a launderette 5 minutes away to dry clothes.

No visitors, no guests , no homeworkers/nightshift workers and no pork/products in the home please.

3 month minimum stay, with the option to extend every 3 months and must have proof of right to rent in the U. K.
