I live here with a 25 year male. We are both full time working professionals . I work from home, so no WFH workers please. We are friendly, quiet , independent and have our own interests and hobbies.

It’s a very clean , quiet and peaceful home , so will suit someone who appreciates the same.

You can use all of all the kitchen equipment/pans etc , so you won’t need to bring anything, which is perfect for someone who doesn’t want the expense of buying.

We clean up as we go along so no cleaning rota.
There is a good washing machine and clothes can be dried at the laundrette which is only a 5 minute walk away or on the washing line (weather permitting).
There is a main bathroom and a second toilet for the two lodgers use.
I have had lots of different lodgers from all over the world and from the UK who have enjoyed a clean, safe and peaceful home in a lovely area. No preference :professional or student.

No visitors /guests /homeworkers/nightshift workers and no pork/products in the home please. You can smoke outside or vape inside. Sitting room not included,
