Sole use of 2nd floor of house in Redland with bedroom, own separate living room, kitchen and shower room. Ideal for mature person wanting a Bristol base during the week for work, or full time. The rooms have recently been decorated and are furnished. It is the top floor of a family home with the owners living on the ground and first floor. Access is via the main front door and stairs, shared with owners. We do have a dog and cat in the house but neither go up to the 2nd floor. We are a quiet household. Non smokers. All bills and wifi included.
