Self contained garden studio available for rent Monday-Friday, with flexibility for occasional additional nights by arrangement. Available from 23rd Feb. The studio has its own private entrance, it has been newly refurbished this year and so is in very good condition. The studio has a double bed, a sofa, TV, a small kitchen with fridge, microwave and a countertop with stools overlooking the garden. There’s an en-suite shower, basin & toilet. Full fibre internet with wi-fi is included.

Located in Cotham / Redland, just off Whiteladies Rd. and very close to Clifton Down train station, M & S and the University, it is also a short distance to the city centre and Clifton Village. A quiet and peaceful location in the heart of the city.

The studio is located at the bottom of our garden with its own private entrance from an adjoining lane.

I am a designer and my husband works at a local school.

Rent is £40 a night inclusive of all bills. We have listed the price in the summary page as £160 per week, based on a stay of 4 nights per week, with a deposit of £640 (one months rent).

Please note while there are views over the garden, the garden is private and not included in the rental.
