Double room in Redland

We are two boys and a girl looking for a fourth housemate to share our space!
The bedroom is available mid September with a bit of flexibility. The house came unfurnished but the current housemate is happy to make a deal to sell her furniture too if that would help.
The rent is £672.50 per month, not including bills - usually bills come to about £120 pp including council tax band C.
The house has a lovely spacious kitchen and living room. One bathroom is shared between three of the rooms.

We enjoy cozy nights in, watching films/ TV shows, as well as a pub quiz or drink at the local pub.

We are looking for a friendly tidy housemate, who cleans up after themselves and who will fit into our relaxed household!
