We are two girls and a boy looking for a fourth person to share our space as our current housemate is leaving us for New Zealand! :(
The bedroom is available 7th November.
The rent is £697.50 per month, not including bills - usually bills come to about £140 pp including council tax band C.
The house has a lovely spacious kitchen and living room. One bathroom shared between three of the rooms. The room came unfurnished but the current housemate is happy to make a deal to sell their furniture (the photos are not of the current bedroom but will update asap).
We enjoy cozy nights in, watching films/ TV shows, as well as a weekend hike, boardgames or drink at the local pub.
We are looking for a friendly tidy housemate, who cleans up after themselves and who will fit into our relaxed household!
