Double room in a lovely home.

Hello, I have two rooms to rent in my house. It is a 5 bed house, however one room is an extra lounge and the other is staying as a spare room so there is plenty of space. I have listed the rooms separately but it in total there would be 3 of us in the house.

Bills are £150 per month on top of the rent, they include, gas, electric, water, council tax, internet and house insurance.

The rooms are at the top of the house, they are quite large but it's hard to see on the photos as they have lower ceilings, the house generally has very high ceilings and is a period property.

The house is in Redlands, just off Chandos road, it is very close to Redlands station, both Whiteladies road and Gloucester road.

The house has a spare room, 2 lounges, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, my room, the two upstairs rooms I am renting and a garden. There is permit parking outside the house. It costs £120 for the year for your car if you have one.

I work in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, I am a Mental Health Nurse and a Therapist. I work Mon-Fri 9-5, mostly in the office.

I do a lot of dance, Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba. I used to do a lot of aerial arts like silks, hoop, rope, handstands and I have recently started acro. I used to climb and play basketball. I also cycle a lot. I love cooking and being outside, wild swimming, hiking, travelling, also sewing and making things. I am clean and tidy, but also a fairly relaxed chilled person too.

I am new to Bristol so although I am often out, it would be great to live with people who are up for doing some joint things together.

I am vegetarian. I don't mind if you eat meat, however I do not want meat in the house, so I am looking for someone who is vegetarian or who doesn't mind not eating it at home/cooking it.

I have recently bought the house, I still need to buy things for the house and I am slowly painting it, so if you move in, it will only get better with time.
