Double room in a lovely home.

Hi, I am a live in landlord, I have rented one room and I have one left. It is a 5 bed house, which will have three of us so plenty of room. I'm looking for people to live with rather than someone who just needs a room.

The house has a lounge, dining room/second lounge, kitchen, garden, bathroom and bedroom. It's over 4 floors and the room is at the top of the house.

The house is in Redlands, just off Chandos road, it is very close to Redlands station, both Whiteladies road and Gloucester road.

Bills are £150 per month on top of the rent, they include, gas, electric, water, council tax, internet and house insurance.

There is permit parking outside the house. It costs £120 for the year for your car if you have one.

I work in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, I am a Mental Health Nurse and a Therapist. I work Mon-Fri 9-5, mostly in the office.

I am a social person, I often go out to different things like dance (Cuban salsa, amongst others), I used to do a lot of aerial silks, hoop etc. recently I've tried some acro, and I used to climb, I'm thinking about restarting this. I cycle a lot and I love being outdoors, camping, hiking, travelling, wild swimming etc

I am clean and tidy, but also a fairly relaxed chilled person too. I am fairly independent, however I'm new to Bristol and I'm always up for a night out, adventure, meals together, trying something new, or a chilled night in too.

I am vegetarian. I don't mind if you eat meat, however I do not want meat in the house, so I am looking for someone who is vegetarian or who doesn't mind not eating it at home/cooking it.
