The large box bay windows overlook a lovely garden which is available to use. (Garden features seating, clothes line and bike shed, which is also available to use).
Renter will have their own, private entrance.
Shared bathroom (with me and, sometimes, the cat) with bath and in-bath shower.
Large kitchen/diner with oven, microwave, airfryer, fridge/freezer. Kitchen and cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery are available to use.
Washing machine is also available to use and bedding can be provided if necessary.
The property is a 10-minute walk in each direction to: Gloucester Road, Whiteladies Road, the Downs, and a 20-minute walk to the Triangle.
The room will be available again in early January.
