💷 bills are not included in rent: approx. £120ish/month, water is 6 monthly so this comes out in one but is around £18 when looking at month to month.

- built in wardrobe - i keep this open to maximise space!
- window looks out over the street below and across bristol (lovely at night and in the balloon fiesta!!)
- room for double bed, chest of drawers, bookshelf, bench, cabinet and other floor items (this is what i have in there !)
- bathroom right next door
- extra storage room if required in the under stairs cupboard

🫧about the flat itself:
- 2 floors:
1. kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, lounge, under stairs cupboard
2. this bedroom and another , and bathroom
none of the bedrooms are en-suites!
- large lounge with TV and dining table
- fridge and freezer (good size)
- kitchen is well-equipped due to the current flatmates having kitted it out with microwave and kettle.
- well-positioned for commuting into the city centre, nearby bus stops, supermarket and pharmacies
- free on-street parking
- bins regularly and reliably emptied

🫧about the existing flatmates:
- two females: both work in property, incredibly friendly and warm (made me feel welcome straight away!)
- one enjoys early mornings for running, and prefers early nights
- the other is somewhat the opposite
- very respectful of shared spaces

why i’m moving:
- opportunity to move in with partner, so i’m taking it!
