We have a lovely-sized double bedroom available in our house, on the Redland/Bishopston border.

We're Abbie and Gemma, looking for a friendly, tidy professional to join our lovely house share as our fourth housemate.

We're a sociable household who enjoy spending time together, whether that's watching TV, going out for dinner/pub quiz, walks or road trips. We also respect each other's space and enjoy a good balance of socialising and doing our own thing.

THE ROOM
A spacious double bedroom with lots of natural light, room for a desk and a large built-in wardrobe. The current housemate is also happy to sell her bed and mattress for £100.

THE HOUSE
Three-storey end-of-terrace house with a living room, separate kitchen, utility room, downstairs toilet, shared bathroom and a lovely large back garden with an apple tree. There's also a separate home office.

LOCATION
Great location on the Redland/Bishopston border, close to Tesco, Waitrose and just a 10-minute walk to The Downs. Gloucester Road is nearby for shops, pubs and restaurants. Quiet residential road with street parking.
