Flatshare in Redland

Particularly large room in Redland flat with big windows overlooking pretty back garden (not ours, used mainly by wildlife). Built in wardrobe. Large living room with lots of natural light. New double glazing, and pretty quiet, leafy, neighbourhood.
I am a woman in my 40s, work in TV, I generally am in the middle of various activities such as learning to sew, playing violin (almost always out of the house), cooking, surfing (now and again), seeing friends. I'm pretty sociable, but also like padding around at home listening to the radio.
Looking for someone 30-60 years old fairly interactive, but has their own life, definitely clean and conscientious. This is quite a quiet area, so, although there is life, it's not raucous, I keep most of my socializing out of the house bar someone round for dinner now and again.
No plugged in TV here, but do have a DVD player for watching films on the odd occasion. Kitchen with washing machine, gas hob oven. It is an RPZ here, if you drive. Eleven minute walk to Gloucester/Cheltenham/Whiteladies Roads, similar to The Downs. Redland Train Station is seven minute walk.
There is no garden, and can’t take pets. Unfortunately no students or couples. You must be working.
There is some furniture from the previous tenant which can be negotiated, if wanted. Tax band C.
