Double room to rent in a prime location

Large double room to rent close to Whiteladies Road. The house has a modern open plan kitchen/living room, shared bathroom, roof terrace and residents on road residents parking (but on the 3rd permit so is VERY expensive). We’re losing our housemate to the housing market and so looking to replace him. We're looking for someone who is kind, considerate and has a good sense of humour. Being tidy and clean is also important. We both enjoy watching and playing sport, a pub garden, exploring new places, and lots of coffee. We enjoy socialising but unfortunately our house isn’t well suited to hosting due to the layout, so if this is something you like to do it’s probably not the house for you. The room can have the desk, chair and wardrobe left if requested. The bed etc will be taken with the previous tenant. If you think you'd fit into living with us then we'd love to hear from you. Please no University students, short term lets or people out of full time work. We’d love to replace Tom with someone who would be here for a good few years as we’ve lived together for 3.5.
