Upper Kingsdown leading to St Michaels Hill for the University and BRI, Gloucester Road and Whiteladies Road/Clifton. Redland park and Clifton within walking distance and just 5 minutes to Clifton Downs train station. Many amenities are within 2 minutes walk and the city centre is 20 minutes walk.

There is a separate kitchen and shower/WC facility, which will be shared.

There is a parking permit available which needs to be applied for direct and Council tax is band c (*included for information).
