We have a room on a favoured Road in Shirehampton. This lovely home was constructed circa 1903 it has been recently undergone some refurbishments.

The room has a large wardrobe, desk and chair and double bed. Double glazing and carpet. The street is very quiet, the train station is 50 yards away and a journey to Clifton Down is 8 minutes.
The large kitchen had 2 fridges, a large freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. A large conservatory can be used to store bikes. On street car park is a dream -plenty of spaces available.

Fast internet is available, all bills are included.
Couples considered for £1200/ month . A separate living is available for couples

We are responsible landlords, clean the house every 10-14 days and keep on top of maintenance.
