Double room in flat share

The room features a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.

The bathroom, kitchen and living room are recently renovated. There is a communal living/ dining room with a television and another desk. The space would be suitable for working from home.

The building is located directly behind the high street. You can walk to the co-op in under a minute. There are other shops and cafes along the highstreet. Kings Weston Estate is a 15 minute walk.

The room comes with private parking. Shirehampton is a 15 minute drive into the centre. There's a train station and a park and ride as well as bus routes nearby.

The space isn't really suitable for pets. If you have an indoor cat that would be permissable as I love cats.

Due to my current work/ life balance, I don't anticipate having much of a social life for the next year, so please beware that this isn't much of a social house. With that being said, I am of course happy for you to have guests and I want you to feel at home!
