Spacious double room in BS10

Hello!

We (Danielle and Tom) are two professionals looking for a new housemate to move in with us in December/January to replace a close friend who is moving out after 5 years.

The room is spacious and light, with two south-facing windows and a walk in wardrobe. It's on the same floor as the main bathroom, which you would share with Danielle. The room itself will be completely unfurnished, however, the rest of the house has been fully furnished by us :)

We're a really close household, who love watching TV shows and films together and spend a lot of time in the communal areas. We also fully appreciate the need for privacy/down time and there's plenty of space for this, as we have our own floor upstairs. We both work full-time so we are looking for another professional who likes to socialise but isn't too much of a party animal. It's really important to us that we find someone who fits in well and is clean, tidy, and respectful of our home.

The house is on a quiet estate in Southmead with access to off-street parking. We have two gardens and we're right next to a small park so there's plenty of greenery nearby. There are two bus routes to the city centre via Gloucester Road and Clifon, and Southmead hospital is a 15-20 minute walk away.

The rent for the room is £585 per month, and it averages at £725 per month with bills included. We are waiting to hear back from the letting agent about how much the deposit will be, however it will likely be around 1 month's rent.
