Spacious double room in BS10

Hello!

We (Danielle and Tom) are a professional couple looking for a new housemate to move in with us in December/January to replace a close friend who is moving out this after 5 years.

The room is spacious and light, with two south-facing windows and a walk in wardrobe. It's on the same floor as the main bathroom, which I share, but Tom also has a separate en-suite upstairs, so it's quite private. The room itself will be completely unfurnished, however, the rest of the house has been fully furnished by us :)

We're a really close household, who love watching TV shows and films together and spend a lot of time in the communal areas. We also fully appreciate the need for privacy/down time and there's plenty of space for this, as we have our own floor upstairs. We both work full-time so we are looking for another professional who likes to socialise but isn't too much of a party animal. It's really important to us that we find someone who fits in well and is clean, tidy, and respectful of our home.

The house is on a quiet estate in Southmead with access to off-street parking. We have two gardens and we're right next to a small park so there's plenty of greenery nearby. There are two bus routes to the city centre via Gloucester Road and Clifon, and Southmead hospital is a 15-20 minute walk away.

The rent for the room is £585 per month, and it averages at £725 per month with bills included. We are waiting to hear back from the letting agent about how much the deposit will be, however it will likely be around 1 month's rent.
