Girls en-suite in stunning, sociable home

Hello! We have a lovely girl’s en-suite bedroom becoming available on the 1st March at the beautiful “Glenthorne House”.

Glenthorne House is a spectacular 3 storey building which was developed by Key Living last year into 2X stunning co-living units under one roof. The lower unit is a 4 bed, and the upper unit is a 6 bed. In the lower unit, we have a this large en-suite bedroom becoming available on the 1st March where the existing housemates Tom, Ashvin and Harriet who excited to welcome the new girl into the group!

Set in a fantastic central location, on a quiet cobbled street, the house is:
— 100 yards from the Harbourside
— 5 minute walk to the North Street
— 15 minute walk to Temple Meads
— Completely refurbished in 2022

What is Key Living?
Key Living is a members-only social club as well as a provider of beautiful spaces in which to live. In other words, we operate some of the most luxurious houseshares found in the city, and we rent them exclusively to sociable and outgoing young people we believe will become close friends.

Our Concept:
We understand that moving into a shared house, your biggest concern is who you will be living with. The social dynamic within our houses is so important. We have created a network of likeminded, fun and outgoing young people who all want an amazing social life as well as a modern and quality place in which to live. We want all our housemates to become close friends, not just ships in the night.

Cost:
One monthly rent payment covers everything. We pay all bills, have an incredible cleaning and maintenance team, and provide all household essentials (yes, we include everything from toilet roll to laundry detergent, for free).

Application Process:
Our application process involves a telephone interview with us, followed by a viewing at the house conducted by the housemates. After that, the housemates will decide who they clicked with most and offer the room to them.
