Large double in friendly Southville house

I’m looking to for a new housemate whilst my Richard, my current housemate, jets off to South America for 7 months! Lucky him!

This would be an ideal base for someone moving to the city, who wants get an idea of the area before finding somewhere longer term. Or perhaps for someone who is looking to buy a place and doesn’t want to commit to a long-term contract.

The house: two-bed Victorian terrace which has just been decorated, with living room/office, dining room, garden and spacious loft for storage. It is located in Southville - 3 minutes’ walk from North Street, and 5 minutes to Wapping Wharf / Harbourside.

The room: lovely double room, newly decorated and is furnished (bed, wardrobe in cupboard, chest of drawers, desk, bedside table).

About Fran: Having been in Bristol a couple of years now, Fran likes getting out and about as much as possible - sports clubs, dinner parties and checking out new foodie spots are her thing! She's a great housemate, enjoys cooking up a storm in the kitchen and is sociable and always up for an interesting chat. She works as a sustainable consultant and works partly from home, partly in London (2 days a week).

The house vibes: We like to chat, chill, and cook together when we are in together (a couple of days a week) and so it would be great if someone who can fill in!
Bike/sports equipment , LGBTQ+ and pet-friendly.

The boring bits: Rent is £625pcm, Bills are c.£190 (c.£50 G&E, £90 council tax, £15 water, £19 internet, £7 TV license)
