Hi All,
One of our housemates would be moving out and we are looking for new housemates to move in end of October/Beginning of November.
It is a 4-bedroom house. Current flatmates are male and two females late 20s early 30s.
It is fairly quiet house and people respect each other's space. We do weekly cleaning rota.
We have a rear garden, living room, spacious kitchen with a dinner space.
There is a toilet on the ground floor and a large bathroom with a shower cabin and a bath tub, and a separate smaller shower cabin. Both on the second floor.
The rooms are spacious and come unfurnished but potentially current housemates could be willing to sell some furniture.
We are looking for another professional - tidy and respectful.
The total amount of bills are currently £160 per month including council tax, internet, water, gas, electricity (could vary depending on usage)
