Spacious Double Bedroom - Long-term 29Dec

Hi All,

One of our housemates would be moving out by the 28th of December, so we are looking for a new flatmate.

It is a 4-bedroom house. Current flatmates are Bulgarian and British males, Spanish female, all professional.

It is fairly quiet house and people respect each other's space. People enjoy cycling, swimming, hiking, working out. We do weekly cleaning rota.
We have a rear garden, living room, spacious kitchen with a dinner space.
There is a toilet on the ground floor and a large bathroom with a shower cabin and a bath tub, and a separate smaller shower cabin. Both on the second floor.

The room itself is a double bedroom on the first floor, catching the sunrise in the morning. (Photos to be added).

We are looking for another professional - tidy and respectful, preferably a female to keep it 50/50.
