Spacious Double Bedroom - Short Term July-Sep/Oct

Hi All,

I would be going abroad for the summer on the 3rd of July 2024 so I am looking to sub-let my room for that period. I have flexibility on my return date but should be around October, so I am happy to arrange a suitable date before/after.

It is a 4-bedroom house. Current flatmates are British male, Spanish and Romanian females all professional and in their 30s.

It is fairly quiet house and people respect each other's space. People enjoy cycling, swimming, hiking. We do weekly cleaning rota.
We have a rear garden, living room, spacious kitchen with a dinner space.
There is a toilet on the ground floor and a large bathroom with a shower cabin and a bath tub, and a separate smaller shower cabin. Both on the second floor.

The room itself is on the second floor and is very spacious and comes with the furniture that is seen on the photos.
