Light and spacious room to rent, in a 4 bed house, looking for just 1 tenant.
Available from the beginning of October, (flexible) preferably on a Monday to Friday basis but open to full week tenancy too.

Room is a good size with a double bed and ample storage. Use of shower room which is in close proximity to the room. You have access to a shared kitchen and dining area and garden also. Wi-Fi and bills included. Work from home available, preferably on a part time basis, space for desk and chair in your room.

On street permitted parking available between 9-5pm - no restriction outside of these times.

Excellent location with access to North Street, Southville just a 2 minute walk, Wapping Wharf 10 minutes, the city centre 20 mins and Ashton Court and Greville Smyth park easy to get to if you are craving some greener outside space.

Transport links are fabulous with Temple Meads a 25 min walk, ample bus route options and the airport shuttle will get you to the airport in just 20 mins by bus door to door!

You will be sharing with me, the live in owner, and my partner. (Male and female). Plenty of space to come and go within a quiet and relaxed household. I WFH 3 days and out 2 days.
