I have one lovely light and spacious room to rent, available from the beginning of May. over looking the garden.

Room is a good size. En-suite type shower room accessible to room.

Excellent location with access to North Street, Southville just 2 minute walk, Wapping Wharf just 10 minutes, the city centre in 20 mins and Ashton Court and Greville Smyth park, if you are craving some greener outside space, just 10 mins away. by foot.

Transport links are fabulous with Temple Meads just 25 min walk, ample bus route options and the airport just 20 mins by bus door to door!

You will have access to a shared kitchen, dining area, TV and lounge. I have a separate lounge and TV area so you can binge watch whatever you like without being on a rota for the TV!

There is a lovely sunny (sometimes) garden and decking area for your use and Wi-Fi and all bills included.

If you need to sometimes WFH rooms are large enough for a desk and chair. Room has ample storage and a double bed.

You will be sharing with me the live in owner (who doesnt cook very much!). You would have plenty of space within a quiet and relaxed household. I WFH 3 days and out 2 days.

On street parking with residential permit available upon request.
