If you are looking for a great house in a great location then look no further than our house just off North St in Southville!
We are currently a house of 2 professionals, Jamie (M) and Amy (F) looking for a 3rd and 4th housemate to join us.
We all have varied jobs and lifestyles with WFH days, but get together for the occasional pint and board game night. We are on the search for someone that can join our extended family.
We are looking for someone who's chilled, tidy, and respectful. Our house party days are in the past but have occasional dinner evenings or bbqs.

The house is 4 Bedrooms/1 Bathroom with large kitchen-dinner, living area and Garden.
The rooms are a large ground floor double room available from September 1st and a 1st floor bedroom available from end of September. The 1st floor room does not come with a bed and so you would need to bring your own bed.
Parking:
2 cars are already on the permit. The 3rd permit costs £581 per year. There is free parking near our house the other side of North St which our current housemate uses and has no problems with.
Bills:
Around £75 to £100 per month depending on the month.
We are looking at doing viewings on the 1st week of August. I might be quite slow to reply as I am quite busy but will get back to you!
