Double Room in Professional HMO - Bills Included

Double Room Available in Friendly Professional House Share – Southville, Bristol. We're looking for a friendly, professional housemate to join our spacious six-bedroom home in South Bristol.

Male applicants only please - we're currently a house of 4 women and 2 men, and we're looking to maintain this ratio in the house.

The Room
A good-sized unfurnished double bedroom on the ground floor with a built-in wardrobe, plenty of space for a double bed, desk and additional storage and more, with a bright and comfortable layout.
The current tenant is relocating overseas and will be selling their furniture before moving. If you'd like to keep any items such as the bed, desk or drawers, these can possibly be purchased separately (just let us know).

The House
The room is part of a spacious six-bedroom professional house share, currently made up of 6 professionals in their mid-20s to early-30s. The house includes:
• Large kitchen with two sinks and two fridge-freezers
• Comfortable shared living room
• Spacious paved garden area
• Bike storage
• Firepit and BBQ for summer
• Three bathrooms across three floors:
o Top floor: shower, toilet and sink
o Middle floor: shower room
o Ground floor: toilet and sink
• Permit parking available on the street (subject to Bristol City Council permits & additional payment)
• All bills included
We also have a cleaner who visits every two weeks to clean the communal areas, with a small additional contribution shared between housemates.

The Housemates
We're a sociable, friendly group who genuinely get along well and enjoy spending time together, whether that's watching a series, having a few drinks, playing board games, or a BBQ/heading out. Everyone respects each other's space and we have our own lives too so it’s quite rare we’re all at home together! We’re all clean and friendly. We're looking for someone similarly matched, clean and easy-going who wants to be part of a friendly household.

The Area
The house is within easy walking and cycling distance of North Street, Greville Smyth Park, Ashton Court Estate, Harbourside, Kings Street and Bristol city centre (around 20-30 minutes on foot or by bike). There’s also an ADLI, Coop and ASDA Bedminster within walking distance.
