Double unfurnished bedroom (on second floor) in a friendly, spacious, 6-bed house with other young professionals.

About the room…
Great size double with built-in wardrobe, space for double bed, large desk and drawer units and additional storage if needed, plus feature fireplace.

Offered with bills included in a sought after location in Southville.

About the area…
Within walking / cycling distance to shops, cafes and bars on the popular North Street. In addition to green spaces, Greville Smyth Park and Ashton Court.
20-30mins walk / cycle and you’re in the centre of Bristol for accessing all the fun spots like Kings Street and Harbourside.

About the house…
The room is within a shared house of 6 professionals; 4 girls, 2 boys (mid-late 20s) who are looking for another young male professional to complete the house!

Amenities:
- Spacious (paved) outdoor/garden area with storage for bikes. We also have a firepit, BBQ and more.
- Shared lounge
- Large kitchen (2 sinks, 2 fridges etc)
- 3 bathrooms across 3 floors - top floor equipped with shower, toilet and sink; middle floor shower room; and downstairs toilet and sink only
- Street permit parking available (additional fee)
- Bills included, however housemates pay for a bi-weekly cleaner (small additional fee) to clean communal areas

About the housemates…
Friendly group of young professionals who enjoy spending time in the house together but also respect each other’s space. Enjoy watching films/tv series together and board games or drinks evenings in the house. Clean and tidy and looking for someone like minded to join.
