Super lovely, clean house. Loads of space and storage. Sharing with myself and 2 others. Ideally looking for fem identifying, to keep a bit of a balance in the house.
Our careers include engineering, software and civil service.
Hobbies include music, making elaborate meals, skateboarding, diy, cycling, pubs, hiking, art, nerdy stuff etc.
We also have a cat, she is a dickhead and I love her.

We like a good balance of socialising and also the privacy of our own spaces. We do things outside the house sometimes, cook meals together etc.
we want the house to be a safe space for all.

Referencing and contracts are done through an agency. Otherwise we deal with the landlord directly and he’s been very good and caring, a first for me in 15 years of renting.
