Double attic room in Southville BS3

I am a single parent looking for an easygoing, friendly person to rent a room in my house, sharing with me and my 10 year old son who lives with me 100% of the time. I am a primary school teacher in Bristol and work 4 days a week.

We are looking for someone friendly, reliable, tidy and relaxed, who doesn't mind children.

Our home is homely and welcoming and can be as sociable as you want it to be.

The bedroom is a small, cosy double attic bedroom at the top of the house. It is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair. The bedroom does not have its own door, however due to the position of the stairs and bed it is still a very private space.

There is shared use of all communal spaces in the house which are: the living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, large bathroom and garden.

The house is really centrally located in a quiet residential street in Southville. It is really well situated for getting to the city centre - a 10 min walk to the Harbour, 10min walk to North Street, 20 min walk or a short bus ride to Broadmead shopping centre, 15 min walk to Bedminster and Parson Street train stations.

There is a bike shelter to store a bike at the rear of the house.

Co-op on Coronation Road is close by and Aldi is a 10 min walk. Other shops, cafes restaurants, pubs all short walk away.

Easy commute to Bristol Royal Infirmary, Southmead hospital, Bristol Airport, Bristol University.

No overnight guests please but happy to agree arrangements for friends to visit.

Would love to hear from a friendly professional or mature student (35–55ish) that needs a place they can call home.

I am also happy to offer a wkly, Sun/Mon-Fri arrangement if needed, rent adjustment would apply.
