South-facing, so lots of light & heat into the living room all day! The area is a quiet residential spot close to North Street and Wapping Wharf with permit-holding street parking.

The bedroom available is an unfurnished double, and at the moment fits a double bed, wardrobe, desk and large dresser. The property is privately owned by landlords who have historically been very quick to address any issues.

Current housemate is tidy, outgoing and sociable and a lover of good pubs, good beer, celebrity gossip and the public right of way. I work in the HE sector with a mixture of WfH and from the office. Looking for a housemate & friend! :)

Unfortunately, our landlord has a 'no bicycles indoors' policy - there is a bike rack on the street outside the house and a secure bike shed is soon to be build outside the front of the building.
