We have two double rooms in a friendly, sociable 3-bed household in Southville, Bristol available from Sunday 1st November!

Rent is £490 per month, bills are separate at an additional £110-120 per month. Bills include council tax (Band A), electricity, gas, water, TV license, Wi-Fi and contents insurance. Referencing checks will be required and completed by our estate agents Abode Property, with referencing starting Saturday 10th October at the latest. Parking is available locally, but you will need to purchase a permit for the residential parking scheme.

The flat is in a great central location in Southville with lots of local amenities, shops, parks and public transport close by. We are 5 minutes from North St and 10 minutes from East St, and further afield it is a 15-minute walk to the harbourside, a 20-25 minute walk to the city centre and a 25-30 minute walk to Bristol Temple Meads.

Both of the available rooms are well sized with high ceilings. Room 1 is larger with the north-facing bay window, and Room 2 has a south-facing high window which floods the room with light during the day. The rooms are sold unfurnished but the communal spaces are furnished as seen in the photos. Please note we will also be having new carpets fitted in October ahead of the start of the new tenancy.

The property itself is a ground floor/basement flat with the 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and living spaces in the basement. There is an open plan living room and kitchen downstairs, and two bathrooms; one bath and shower, one shower. The south-facing garden space is accessed from the basement and is shared with our lovely next door neighbours (4 people) who we often socialise with in the garden and at pubs in the local area. We love gardening and keeping a green space, and there is access from the street to the garden for bikes, etc.

The room is open to professionals who are sociable and friendly. It's not a party house, but a few drinks and some board games are always enjoyed. Current tenant is male with a job in the city centre with interests in sports, music, gaming, illustration and design.
