A large and bright bedroom in a cosy and creative 2 bedroom flat, sharing with me, Phoebe and Alfie the dog. Available now for £585/mth, room is unfurnished.

Looking for someone kind, respectful and relatively tidy to share my home with me. You must also love dogs (otherwise it would be quite awkward between you and the hairier housemate). I’m open to either a professional or mature student. I’d prefer to live with a woman over 26, but I am open to whoever is the right fit.

Home is a bit of a sanctuary for me, so I like to keep the environment calm and peaceful, and I’m looking for someone who can fit in with that. Occasional guests visits are welcome, but nothing excessive or party-ish, and you’ll need to be mindful of me working from home taking confidential client meetings, and needing some downtime in between.

A bit about me: I’m in the process of setting up my practice as an Ayurvedic practitioner, I’m an avid climber, love music and art (creating and consuming), getting out in nature and being with my pooch. I also have an allotment! I will be working from home on some days, and potentially working out the house on others.
I’ve always got some music on in the background and am doing something creative or active, or deeply lazy (the duality of man, etc.). Would be nice if you shared similar interests, but it’s not essential.
I’m hoping to co-create a good relationship and home environment with a housemate, where we can sometimes share dinner or cups of tea, or get creative/outside together, whilst also respecting each other’s individual lives, so if it sounds like a good fit, get in touch!
