I’m Tom. I have a lovely double room for you here in St. Annes, BS4, furnished as much as you like, (a previous viewer said it’s bigger than it looks in the photos), ten minutes cycle from Temple Meads and town and just 1mn walk to the river and some beautiful woods, near bus and scooter station, parking space included too. 680 all in, deposit one months rent, available 15th November. Open to short let/mon-fri too. Sorry no couples, and ideally not wfh, I’m full-time student, so no council tax atm.

There’s views of Troopers Hill and sunrises from your bedroom window and the juliet balcony in the lounge.
Sun in the morning and the evening too.
A large supermarket, great fish and chip shop, pharmacy, doctors surgery all across the road.
There’s also a beautiful wood, with a babbling brook just 1mn away too.
Ideally like someone friendly, relaxed, mellow.
It’s a lovely place to live, come see.
